Workout of day 5

Friday, July 31, 2009 , 0 Comments

Today was Saturday and I am glad that it's a weekend! I get to get up 1 hour later and I do not need to worry about rushing to school and etc. I wasn't happy about today's workout because towards the end, my side planks and jackknife really sucked. I was pretty dissapointed. Anyway, here's my bodyweight exercises Supersets.

Workout A

Warm up Circuit:
Go through 2 times with no rest between exercises. Rest 30 seconds between circuits
• Prisoner squat – 12 repetitions
• Kneeling pushups - 8 repetitions

Warm-up Superset
1A) Sumo Squat – 8 repetitions
• No Rest
1B) Kneeling Pushups – 8 repetitions
• Rest 1 minute & move on to superset #1

Superset # 1
1A) Sumo Squat – 10 repetitions
• No Rest
1B) Kneeling Pushups (ala CB ‘more pushups’ style) – 12 repetitions
• Rest 1 minute & repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets

Superset #2
2A) Stability Ball Leg Curl – 15 repetitions
• No Rest
2B) Bench Dips – 8 repetitions
• Rest 1 minute & repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets

Superset #3
3A) Stability Ball Jackknife – 10 repetitions
• No Rest
3B) Side Plank – 20 seconds
• Rest 1 minute & repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets

The above supersets are what I would love to be able to hit at. My kneeling pushup have been altered and I've done it 'ala' CB (it's Craig Ballantyne, not C** B**. LOL) style. I manage to do about 5 at the beginning, and towards the end, it went down to only 3. Pretty dissapointed but it's okay. The pushups is something like this :
You would use 5 seconds to lower yourself down and then 1 second to push youself up. This is a killer workout and it's much more harder than if you just bob up and down when doing your pushups. Just try it.

Anyway, my leg curls was pretty good because I got up to 14 at the first try and then slowly down to 13 and 12. Although it's gradually decreasing but still,at least, it was better than the other bodyweights I did. Bench dips was a new workout I tried and it was hell crazyyyyyyy!!! I didn't get to do all 8 but managed to do 3-5 reps per set. Not tad bad.

Jackknife sucked. Really sucked. After not even 3...I fell off the stability ball. It was quite a challenge and I think I need a new stability ball because the one I'm having, belongs to my bro, not that he uses it (he used to sit on it the last time because his butt hurt, for some reason so he bought the stability ball to sit on it.) and so, I took it and found out that it was too big for me. He's much much taller than me. About 20cm more.

My side plank pretty sucked too! I didn't get up to 20 seconds.

After all those hefty sweat draining workouts, I went to my usual HIIT 20 minute run and boy, when I got home, my thigh was sore like hell, and tomorrow, it's going to hurt more. *omg...*

Alright, that's for the workout today and so,

Workout of day 3

Friday, July 31, 2009 , 0 Comments

I had my workouts yesterday and I since I was pretty busy with stuffs, I had to post it today.Anyway, here are my workouts. =D I woke up 20 minutes late. What a bummer.

Workout B

Warm up Circuit:
Go through 2 times with no rest between exercises. Rest 30 seconds between circuits
• Prisoner squat – 12 repetitions
• Kneeling pushups - 7 repetitions

Warm-up Superset
1A) Stick-up – 8 reps
• No Rest
1B) Crab Dips – 8 reps
• Rest 1 minute & move on to superset #1

Superset #1
1A) Stick-ups – 15 reps
• No Rest
1B) Crab Dips – 12 reps
• Rest 1 minute & repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets

Superset #2
2A) Stability ball back extension – 10 reps
• No Rest
2B) Plank Twist With Dog Split – 12 reps
• Rest 1 minute & repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets

Superset #3
3A) Plank – 30 sec
• No Rest
3B) 1 leg half squat – 5 reps
• Rest 1 minute & repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 superset

I realized that something was pretty wrong with the workout when I started a SS #1 (short for superset.) I think my muscle targets the same at both exercise which is bad because I can't do the crab dips properly.Sh*t! I need some tweaking on that particular system again. *sob*

Anyway, since I woke up like 20 minutes late, I knew I didn't had enough time to do my HIIT fully and so I skipped about 6 minutes or warming up and warming down.I took 3 minutes from both. It's just a light jog before I really start on the really intense runs.

If you aren't very fammiliar with HIIT runs, here's how I usually do it.
Warmup:
  • 5 minutes of light jog (this is for 'warm up')

Alternate between the 2 below for about 4 times:
  • 2 minutes run (At a pace where you can hardly breathe)
  • 2 minutes active rest (at a pace where you jog but slightly faster than the 'warm ups')

Warm down:
  • 5 minutes of light jog (this is for 'warm down')

Bad Day

This is supposed to be yesterday's post but I was really busy that I didn't have time to write my draft out.Anyway...

Warning!: This might offend some of you guys and so,read at your risk. If you don't want to feel offended, skip this 2 paragraph and head on to the next. (highlight to read)
Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Biology was terrible.I'm not trying to really insult you guys or am I trying to really offend anyone on purpose but I just wish that you guys would be a little considerate. Maybe you guys think that it is not really important but I think that it is appropriate that we should conduct the experiment again if possible instead of saying:"Aiya, copy others la." I was like "noo...where can liddat?" I felt a lil discouraged actually. They weren't even trying to listen to teacher when teacher is talking about the experiment.

They weren't even that interested when I wanted to tell them what teacher told me. Instead, all of them were totally hooked up with their latest gossips on celebs and stars and news around the school..In a way, I was pretty dissapointed - for awhile.

If you are offended by what I say, please read below what I have to say before you start firing back. (highlight to read)

Are you even showing interest when I was trying to talk to you guys?Maybe just some of you did show a teeny bit interested and your heads turned back and started talking again. I know, you guys would probably say:"what else can we do?!?!?!?!" Yea, but at least, if you showed interest, I wouldn't be that dissapointed. At least I know that you guys care.

I admit,I'm not a Biology fan - especially with our current teacher teaching us and also, I admit that I sometimes sleep in Biology class but I still care pretty much about our 'hands-on' work you know. I think it's pretty important.

Anyway, during Physics, Me and Weng Yan had to run more errands that had been been behind our backs for almost a week now. I was pretty glad that I had cleared 2 clubs already and now left with one more. *hurray!* We managed to come back before the whole Physics class was over and somehow, I sympathize our Physics teacher because 3/4 of our mates are not paying a lil attention except when he comes round asking question.Alike Pop Quiz. That 3/4 of the class would include me because well, he has this weird sickness or 'born-to-be-like-that-thing' because his voice is like as if someone had a bad sore throat that had made him unable to speak without that blurry harsh 'bad-sore-throat' like voice and that I got bored after listening awhile and start doing other things. *oops.* Rumour has it that he broke his voice box which, I don't know whether or not it's true.

Other than that, I am glad Pn. Norazimah had made my day during Sivik lessons. She was a great 'clown' I would say. She made the whole class laugh with her funny actions and her little play in front of the class. She is a real hit-the-spot joker.

Alright, I've got nothing much else to say and so,

p.s:Oh and I forgotten, do check out my latest workout stuff at Euphoria.Fitness

Workout of day 1

Tuesday, July 28, 2009 , 0 Comments

Here are the bodyweight workouts I've done today. I'm a lil bit in a rush now so I'm not going to really write what exactly did with those workouts. (like the reps and combinations and etc.)

Workout A

Prisoner Squats
Sumo squats
Kneeling Pushups (I can't do full pushups so don't laugh :( )
Stability ball leg curl
Stability ball jackknives
Side plank

It might look little but wait till I have the time to show you the reps and combination of workouts I've done. It was hell. LOL xD

And after that, I had a 20 minute HIIT style run and jog. HIIT means high intensity interval training. It's where you like for example run like hell for 2 minutes then the following 2 minutes you slow jog or fast jog, depending on your fitness level. That was a total buster.

Alright, like I said,I'm in a hurry so it's pretty short.

My first workout

....after 2 months. I've stopped working out for some time already and I can see that my shape is gradually going out. This time I am going to make it and you guys must support me..,because without your support,I'm going to get demotivated. Anyway, you can check out my fitness journal here: Euphoria.Fitness. I've posted my first workout for the day. Go check it out. I'll include my food intake too!

Not me of course,I found it from the net

Okay,so after workout out for at least an hour, I got a quick shower and start getting ready to school. We had assembly today (I know its odd that it is on a Tuesday but it's for a good reason) and they announced and presented the new principal of our school. *drumroll* It's a woman!! She looks quite motherly actually and also, she looks like the type that is strict and also friendly person. A type where 'you-respect-me-I-return-your-respect-to-you' type of person.

funnypicturesthehelpdes.jpg

Anyway, during Physics, I had yet another errand to run. I had to find Presidents and Treasurers of few different clubs. Boy, it was actually pretty fun but tiring at the same time.I'm trying to collect money from them for the school magazine. They've not paid their money. And one of the worst president I've seen in my LIFE was a girl from 5A5. Warning: Do not read if you pretty sensitive with racial issue. Highlight to read if you wish to continue. She is that typical Indian,Indian type of person,if you get what I mean.Again, I'm not trying to be a racist here and I'm not trying to pick a fight. Please leave if you do not like it. She is those type of Indian where they would simply do things and put their responsible on other people and she was also being somewhat rude, giving me a loud sigh and somehow hinting me that I'm disturbing her when I don't think she was really concentrating. How rude! She thinks that a President is an easy job where she can simply sit there and point fingers at people and then shake her balls? Well, I think she is wrong. Dead wrong.

Oh and while waiting for the traffic light to go green,(I am driving you know,on my lil cherry red and black scooter),a kind lady from her Kancil car wind down her window and told me in Chinese :"Be careful okay?" Before she said anything, I thought she was going to ask me for direction and I was like :"uh oh..." because I know that I'm not good at giving direction. Anyway, I was relieved when I heard what she had told me and I replied back:"Thank you",in Chinese of course and then she asked :"which school are you from?" and she started looking at my badge on my pinafore and I said:" SMK Sri Sentosa",when the light turned green I looked back at her and gave a startled look and quickly sped off. I admit it was a pretty rude gesture but well, I don't want to hear honks from behind you know.

Alright,I'll end here for today. If you want to read more personal posts by me,visit : Euphoria.Fitness

Collected days of writing

Friday, July 24, 2009 , , 0 Comments

Heh, I'm so sorry I've not been updating for the past two days. I was busy in that period of time. Anyway,I'm so glad it is Friday already because I will have 2 days off from school and am able to update my blog. Okay so this week, many events had taken place and had happen and I guess, most of them was good. I guess I have realized something too although actually,I'm still being doubtful.

Sharwena,Me,Weng yan.
I agree,bad lighting.

Anyway, just last Wednesday, I've joined the school trip to Petroscience and boy,it really made my day. Although, I don't really understand why wasn't Weng Yan all that hippy like she was before the trip. She said she was excited but she didn't sound like it during the trip. I asked her and she gave me that gloomy look and replied: "Maybe it was because of the flu and stomach ache I have". My opinion was that it didn't sound like that was the root of her solemnness.

Other than that, I enjoyed the trip a lot but unfortunately, we were given insufficient time to visit and really understand, learn and explore the whole place. What a bomber. Anyway, we started off with the 'see-how-high-can-you-jump' thing.

Weng yan

Sharwena jumping!

Oh and yea, before we reach KLCC, we took loads of picture in the bus and I got some crazy and random shots.

Mun Fai and Chun Yew

Sharwena and Weng Yan

SUSU!! and Asthen

Mun Jack and Siew Thong (sweet couple~~)

Jen Ai, Me ( I wasn't ready for the camera!!!), Michelle,Siew Thong

Anyway, let's continue with the trip. Then, later we went back to prehistoric time. It was really nice and great and they had this weird silly dinosaur singing the 'dinosaur song'. It was repeated again and again first the English version then the Malay version (or vice versa, whichever one you want to put first) After that, there's a short spiral like walkway leading down to some more exhibits mainly talking about how petroleum was formed.

The silly dino that sang his song.

A skull model. It's a fake - I thought it was real too.

Oh yea and I did something stupid in the 'make-believe-real' Petroleum rig and there's this instruction where they said :"Touch much like you never did" and so, one of them were without a glove and so since that's the odd one out, I decided put my hand in and touch dilute mud. I didn't realize my mistake and I tried finding for another instruction that says something to further the experiment when my friend told me that I was supposed to feel the mud by inserting my hand through the glove before touching the mud. Oh. There were supposed to be a glove there in the hole I inserted but well, it was spoiled. I realized my mistake and there were so many lil primary school kids around. I wasn't tad embarassed but it thought it was really funny. And so, I laughed out loud.

Don't look at my goofy face. Look at my hands!

I exit the petroleum rig and it connected to more miscellaneous experiments like momentum and stuff - with my muddy hand. Unfortunately there were no toilet nearby. After awhile there, to my surprise, I saw Chun yew's hand with that same kind or mud, too!*laughs* looks like he suffered the same fate like me too!!! He had the same thinking like me about what I thought about the exhibit earlier. We had to hold on with our hands for awhile and well, luckily a kind Petrosains staff helped us by getting through restricted doorway all the way to the toilet. She then later brought us back to where we were earlier via the same restricted doorway again.

I'm going to end this very abruptly.

This ticket wasn't mine. I took it from google search. I was lazy to take my own.

And so,during the last 10 minutes, I quickly glanced through and fiddle through all the instruments and exhibits there. I'm definitely going back there one day. It's not very expensive - only RM10 per entry.

If I were to tell everything in detail, I think it will get too boring. You can read them in weng yan's blog.

BUTCHER KNIFE!!

You know what? My mom cut her toe yesterday with a butcher's knife. Oh my gosh! when I came back from Accounts tuition, I saw blood on the floor. Loads and loads of puddles! I'm not paranoid with blood or anything but it's like as if a murder had just taken place in my house. It was really messy!!!I found out from mom after I got back from tuition and it went like this. While mom was preparing dinner, the knife she placed on the chopping board slipped and it landed on her toe (very unfortunate) and it made a clean and really deep laceration. Blood wouldn't stop flowing out from the freshly cut wound. Luckily dad was at home and looking at the condition of her toe, my dad quickly send her to the nearby clinic. They gave mom's toe a few stitches and finish them up. I assume that it must have looked ugly without the stitches.

And as for today,we had oral exam and I was pretty surprised that we were able to finish all 21 pairs with just 3 periods of English. That was real fast you know. Weng yan and I made very minimal mistakes (we've been practicing for many times you know) and after that, we relaxed and watched the others with their oral test. I loved these pairs the most : Chun yew and Kok keng; Mun Fai and Suresh (aka susu).

An Alchemy Circle

Chun yew and Kok keng presented a very interesting subject - Alchemy. I guess it is long forgotten since scientist knew that changing ordinary elements into gold is not quite possible and also, other ordinary substance/elements into something exquisite or valuable, instead, now, we would recognize the modern day 'Alchemy' as Chemistry. I actually loved theirs the most and then followed by Mun Fai and Suresh.

Detective building. Not my picture,of course

Mun Fai and Suresh is rather hmm...how would I say this - humorous and serious -in a way. It was a really short play and at first, I didn't quite understand but later, during the encore, (everybody wanted a 2nd round) I understood it better. Suresh has convicted a crime by stealing a museum piece - a golden bra, size DDD. Wow. Given the object in the play, I guess you would have better know that this is definitely a funny play.

Alright, I'm going to end here because I'm going to study Physics.

Shocked

We had the New South Wales (ICCS) English exam today and I think,it went really bad. I know my English is not up to their standards but I still insist on taking the English test (this is my fourth year now) to look at where I stand. I've never gotten a Distinction before throughout all these years and my highest score was a Credit. Pretty dissapointing but I still appreciate it that at least I did not fail.Anyway, the test was REALLY hard. They had bombarded me (and probably a couple more mates) with crazy, tough words and also, really hard to understand passage. Moreover, the multiple choice answers given were so close to each other that I almost shade every answer space given. It was that close.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Weng yan and I had been rehearsing for the Oral test for English. It's going to be a duo and we're going to talk about blogging and bloggers and random things around the internet. I know, that we're pretty comfortable with this topic (especially weng yan who's really a professional now in blogging) we still had to rehearse because we're afraid that our English will go 'haywire' when doing the oral test. You know,we,Malaysian had come up with our own language - Manglish (a mixture of Malay and English,we,Malaysians coined that term.) and so, we are afraid we will use that language since 'Manglish',actually has already embedded in our everyday chatter.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Anyway, during recess, our Moral teacher, Mrs. Yap had gave us an errand to run and so, me and Weng yan were pretty busy during recess. We're distributing out 'fill-in-the-blanks' paper to every morning session teachers and they are required to nominate a student as a 'pelajar contoh' in conjunction with 'Minggu Berbudi Bahasa'. I felt a little embarassed because my spoken English was really bad. I had so many gramatical error when I was talking to the teachers. I know that myself.

We didn't get to finish that errand anyway,we had to continue tomorrow morning until we've given it to every morning session teacher.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Obviously, this is a picture taken from the net.
We never had such big feast like the above out.

This afternoon is going to be our last Science and Maths society meeting and so, since we've won 2nd place,(I think we deserve a first place. The Chinese society wasn't all that great. They were being bias) we had a small party only to ourselves as a toast to our success during the 'Hari Pameran' We had pizza's and KFC and I pretty much enjoyed the 'indulgence' I had there. After the fun and foods, the teachers were going to announce the next year's line of commitee members and I was shocked. So shocked with the results because I was one of the commitee members.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I did not ask nor did I even requested to be part of the committee member. All I wanted was to become a normal member. I was really hesitant because I think that this is all so sudden and that I'm really not ready to take the post. I don't know what to do as I feel that - all of the sudden, I've been burden by this post. I was really hesitant that when teacher called out my name, my eyes went wide and if no one were clapping or cheering, I wouldn't go out and show myself. I was really embarassed at that time as I would never have thought to become one of them.
Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I consulted teacher and asked her to give me time to think because well, I'm lack of confidence in leading a bunch members. I'm not trying to be 'goody-goody-two-shoe' or am I indirectly trying to show off because really, I don't really want that post so much but well, when I told teacher that I might or might not be stepping down, she didn't looked too happy. In fact she said that I should accept the post because well, the choice had been made but still, I ask her to give me time and she said to give me a week. She wasn't harsh or anything but well, she just looked surprised because well, I assume most people would like to be a part of the committee member. Agree?

I think I might have to accept the post because well, I don't really want to let her down and I'm pretty worried that she'll think of me that I'm such a pain in the butt. I guess I'll just have to get used to this post starting from next year and do my best. I'm still not very sure though..Anyway, wish me luck!

Alright, it's time to go to bed

Crappy pic -_-

The 2nd day of the week. Nothing much happened today,it's just usual stuff except that I came to school with a new cut. I thought it was BAD but well, not all of them thought so :) Actually, I didn't want it to be that short and that this wasn't what I wanted. The hairdresser was quite a good one and she charge only RM8. Cheap eh? The last time I went to her,she got me the cut I wanted but this time, she didn't. I brought a picture for her the last time and showed her the style I wanted and I thought that this time, she would remember it but unfortunately, she did not and well, I got something else which, turned out, I got quite a number of pleasant compliments from my mates (thank you :D) and also, some not so pleasant compliments too,but well, I didn't really mind much. I suppose it's everyone's preference.

The winners for Hari Pameran has been announced today and I'm glad that the Science and Maths society won 2nd place. Although, I though that it should have been in the first. I don't get it why the champion was the Chinese society. I think it was pretty bias you know. We've done so many stuff this year and yet,we get 2nd? Nevertheless, I guess I should be grateful that at least Science and Maths won.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Oh yea, I would like to include some past events here in this post. It's not from today's but from 2 days ago. I went to SMKSP's Food Fair and I frankly tell you that it sucked. I can't even spend RM10 and well, since the coupon per book was RM10, I had no choice but to spend it all. The stuff there were quite expensive and that most of them is not really worth it. I spend all RM10 on foods because the souvenirs and gifts were just not worth buying.Furthermore,it's not really cheap. They have loads of games and stuff and well, I'm not interested at all with those games. I honestly tell you that our last open day carnival, which was 2 years back was much better.
We had loads. We had many sponsors too and that the stuff sold was cheap and nice. Even my tuition teacher, who went to my school's carnival says that ours is a no match for SMKSP's one.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

It was really hot and I was sweaty and all sticky everywhere with all those sweat trickling down my body.I can hardly spend 2 hours there because everything sold there was well, pretty common and that I could get a better price and a better quality than from buying there. The only reason why I spent about 2 hours there is because I was meeting up with some primary school friends and some other people there and that I was also accompanying weng yan. I felt like it was more like a get together than a carnival. I was pretty disappointed overall and I think that RM10 I spend was not worth it. NOT at all.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Oh yea, I walked back home (the school was really near my house) and on the way back, I found a big moth - death, I was quite sad when I saw it on the floor. Looks like someone trampled on it because it's wings had broken. It's very unlikely for a moth to die, in the middle of the road. Nevertheless, I brought that poor thing home and took a nice picture of it before leaving it on my plant for it to disintegrate naturally.

Alright, I should stop here now. I need to bath and finish up my add maths.

Our petition

See that picture? Oh yea. We've even made a petition and it's going to be a signature filled form once we released it to our mates. And we're supposed to do that in 2 weeks time but unfortunately, after that spiteful event, (please read the story here) we've decided to drop that petition off. Here are only 2 signatures so far - the early birds who insist on signing it although the 'official' date of doing so is 2 weeks later.

see? We've worked so hard trying to get Mr.Lim back but sadly, we've been let down by that mere 'NO'.

That's unfair.

Alright, today's a short post.I'll update more because I'm going to go to Bandar Baru Sri Petaling's Food fair. Sounds good to me because there are loads to munch and eat and meet up with some ol' friends.

P.s : Will be starting a new fitness blog soon : Euphoria.Fitness

The Lies of the Past.

Monday, July 13, 2009 , , 0 Comments

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

You know what? That I should have written down that passage I wrote about me,doubting Mr.Lim's 'quote' and his thoughts. The only reason why I did not write that passage that I have drafted earlier is because I thought that it wouldn't be a nice thing to do and also, well, I guess he sounded sincere and 'from-the-bottom-of-the-heart'. Instead, I have changed almost entirely the whole passage. (You can read the original post here)

The passage that was supposedly be the one below has been replaced with the now current one is right after the last picture of a green present box.

Natasha managed to give Mr.Lim the memento she got from Hong Kong.It seems like Mr. Lim talked alot to them(Natasha went with some other mates) about how he felt having to depature our hyper class. He felt terribly sad. He said :

" Do NOT touch MY 4a9". - Mr.Lim

I was quite shocked to hear him say that though. It's some sort of a happy feeling that he loved our class and well, being me, you guys would probably know, that I'm always suspicious about things before accepting certain facts.I'm being real frank here. You'll never know that your best friend might just be your worst enemy.I'm not trying to downgrade him or any sort but it's just me that this kind of thought suddenly come into mind. Please don't get me wrong.I guess it's me that I'll always be suspicious. (Not all the time but well, probably most of the time.I guess.)

Maybe I should just keep these feelings aside because after all,he's a sincere teacher, judging from my point of view. I should just shut up!

What a big mistake of not writing it down on that previous post.BIG mistake.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Why am I writing this?Well, this morning, the person whom I addressed as 'teacher in-charge',came into our class and spoke to us about Mr.Lim.She asked us that whether or not Mr.Lim agreed to teach us and take our class back for good.Me,being the 'fast-acting' person,I immediately said: "YES", without thinking twice. She looked at me for a short moment and then looked back up at the whole class. The guy behind my class said :"No",which was pretty true, actually.I was pretty embarassed afterwards - for saying YES without hesitation.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Then, she told us the situation where she said that someone from our class had personally met her and talked to her about the matter regarding Mr.Lim.My jaw dropped.I was in the state of disbelieve as if I got robbed by a bag snatcher. So shocked to hear the answer, according to the 'teacher in-charge'.She said that she had asked Mr.Lim whether or not he wants back our class after being met by that 'someone' from our class and she said that Mr.Lim gave a FIRM NO. What?!

Is he trying to hide something from us? His 'faked' emotion towards us? On how he 'loved' us so much? I guess it's like a big 'cover-up-lie',as I would call it.A lie I tell you.A LIE.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Kill.sweet talkers. *okay,the killing part,I'm just joking*
I don't know about you but I think he should have just been honest to us about how he felt having to leave our class instead of 'sweet-talking' to us.He should not have said he liked our class when he did not.Actually,I think he should not even turn up during Biology and say anything to us at all.You know, that day,he gave his message in a way that sounded like this :"I want 4A9 back!" He even said:"If I were given a chance,I would have dropped 4A11 and have 4A9 instead." So now,why is he saying :"No"? All these while,he had talked like as if we,as in our whole class were great partners and that we,had been forced to break up by a certain authority.

What a dismay.

I don't know what are his intention nor his thoughts but I don't like this at all. Not even a single bit!

It's just a picture to resemble the probable situation

I hate the fact that that particular 'someone' had troubled himself/herself to confront 'teacher-in-charge' boldly and had been let down by a 'No'. Do you know how have our class grieved and tried every means and way to get Mr.Lim back? All of us are disappointed.Very.

Oh and thanks Natasha for inviting me to your sis's cardiologist friend.I feel honored to be able to follow him/her,if possible during the school's 1 week hiatus in the month of August.I'll have to ask mom about it and -- myself.I'm still debating with myself on whether or not I should pursue my 'more-than-10-years-of-dream-ambition',as a surgeon or now, currently an astrophysicist.I'm really taking this astrophysicist thing into serious consideration.

Alright,I'll end here now because I need to do some studying.

Signing off,
